Picking Season is Here
After waiting for two extra months for the coffee to ripen — it all seems to be ripening at the same time. We have worked nearly around the clock for the last month and have harvested more than 15,000#, only the very ripest red beans. There is about 60 pounds of ripe coffee cherry in this bucket, each one is picked by hand. We still have many thousands of pounds to go but this is a great start for the season.
