Our macadamia nuts are dehydrated, not roasted at high heat. They retain all of the goodness of a fresh nut including the sweet taste.
Our farm was originally a macadamia nut farm. We still grow and harvest nuts from 30 trees.
Commercial macadamia nuts are roasted at high heat with added oil. We process ours for two days at very low heat so that they retain the antioxidants and all of the crunch and flavor of a raw macadamia nut. They are better than you could imagine.
